The one I decided on was a 3-piece interchangeable-barrelled one from a brand called Herstyler. I think it was around $80 bucks which I thought was fairly reasonable. Thing is I looked up the product to read a few reviews and in the US you can get the same exact curler for around $30-$40 :/ But unfrtounately the sites I found with it wouldn't post to Australia, even if they had international shipping it wasn't a product listed with that option. Fuck you Australia and your taxes and just generally being expensive and your currently shitty dollar.
Here are some pics of it;
I guess it was after seeing Gatsby recently (and struggling with the old curling iron we had) that really pushed me into buying my own. The movie was so awesome and everything about it was just so gorgeous! Hopefully I too will have pretty curled hair regularly now ^_^
Anyway, that's all folks

Nom! I have tried these types of curlers, and I'm very fond of them - far easier to use than my own, though I don't curl my hair often enough to make the investment. You do look good with a curled fringe! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't curl my hair often either, I'm hoping this will encourage me to more often!
DeleteThe curled hair looks really wonderful on you! Makes me want to experiment with curling my own hair :3
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! :) You should! And post pics ;)
